This automatic extrusion machine is designed for insulation layer production in cable manufacturing. It is equipped with screws made of alloy steel, with a 26:1 length-to-diameter ratio for most models and 25:1 for larger diameter models. The machine is produced under an ISO 9001-certified quality system, and supports processing of PVC, LDPE, LSNH and nylon materials. Sixteen model configurations are available, with maximum extrusion capacity ranging from 24kg/hr to 600kg/hr, to match different production scale requirements. An automated control system maintains consistent temperature and pressure during operation, to support uniform insulation quality and reduce material waste for cable producers.
The extrusion screw is manufactured from alloy steel, with a 26:1 length-to-diameter ratio for models with screw diameters from 40mm to 90mm, and 25:1 for 100mm and 120mm models. This L/D ratio design supports sufficient plasticization and mixing of insulation materials, to deliver uniform melt consistency before extrusion. The screw surface is processed for wear resistance, supporting long-term continuous operation with stable performance.
The machine is fitted with an automatic control system that monitors and adjusts barrel temperature, screw speed and extrusion pressure in real time. Multi-zone heating units maintain stable temperature profiles along the barrel, to keep material viscosity consistent across production runs. This control system reduces insulation thickness variation caused by temperature fluctuations, and lowers the occurrence of surface defects on finished cables.
Sixteen standard models are available, covering screw diameters from 40mm to 120mm with two output specifications per diameter. This range allows cable manufacturers to select models based on target cable diameter, insulation material and required output. Both low-volume specialty cable production and high-volume mass production can be matched with appropriate configurations.

The automated control system maintains consistent extrusion conditions, resulting in uniform insulation thickness and smooth surface finish on finished cables. This consistency reduces the rate of products that fail dimensional or electrical performance tests, lowering rework and scrap rates for cable manufacturers. Stable material plasticization also reduces the occurrence of insulation defects such as bubbles or uneven material distribution.
With 16 models covering a wide capacity range, producers can select configurations that match their output requirements, and scale capacity as production demand grows. Precise control over extrusion parameters reduces material waste from over-extrusion and process adjustments, contributing to lower raw material consumption per unit of finished product.
Professional technicians provide on-site installation and commissioning to ensure proper integration with existing cable production lines. Training programs cover machine operation, routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting for on-site teams. Genuine spare parts are kept in stock for fast replacement when components wear or fail. Technical support is available for operational and maintenance inquiries, and remote diagnostic assistance can be provided for selected issues. A standard warranty covers defective parts, and scheduled maintenance services are available to support long-term stable operation.
The machine is compatible with PVC, LDPE and LSNH materials across most models, and supports nylon processing with appropriate configuration adjustments. Material compatibility for specific models is listed in the technical specification table.
Maximum extrusion capacity varies by model and material. For PVC material, capacity ranges from 24kg/hr for the smallest model to 600kg/hr for the largest model. Specific capacity values for each material are listed in the specification table.
Finished cable diameters range from 0.8mm to 40mm across the full model line. Each model covers a specific diameter range, which can be found in the technical specification table.
Services include on-site installation, commissioning and operator training. Training covers daily operation, parameter adjustment, routine maintenance and basic fault handling, to ensure on-site teams can operate the machine properly.
